DUAL, a state of constant movement and transformation. A complementary presence to propitiate poetic bodies in motion. The premiere of this piece was in November 2020 during an online Chilean Festival of dance. It is a solo about the duality of life presented in three scenes.

Created to coincide with International Women’s Day 2021, this dance film showcases a diverse group of participants choosing to challenge against gender inequality.

THIS IS HOW GORGEOUS IT FEELS by Third Bite Dance
This is how gorgeous it feels is a story of rediscovery and connection. This debut film work from Sheffield’s first over 50s dance company Third Bite Dance invites the audience to celebrate new beginnings. Eleven dancers rejoice as they emerge from lockdown into full life. They reconnect to their bodies as they shift into new spaces, moving from small to big, from quiet to loud. The dancers are unapologetic, taking up space with dynamic movement accompanied with bold text in this fierce and joyful production.
